At NestX, we provide customized portfolio website services for creators, video editors, and creative professionals.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order.

Refund Eligibility

• Before work has started: Customers may request up to a 90% refund.

• After work has started but before final delivery: Customers may receive up to a 50% partial refund after deducting service, setup, and processing charges.

• After final delivery or publishing of the portfolio website: Orders become non-refundable.
  
  

Access & Ownership

If a refund is issued after work has started, NestX reserves the right to:

• revoke access to the portfolio website

• remove hosting or domain connections

• unpublish the portfolio

• remove project access or editable files
  

Revision Support

Customers are encouraged to request revisions or support before requesting refunds. Depending on the selected plan, revisions may be included after delivery.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
